Ingredients

Giant Squid 59% , modified tapioca starch, water , sugar, garlic , iodized salt , palm oil , Soy protein, flavour enhancer (E621) , preservatives (E451).

Caution

This product may contain traces of GLUTEN, CRUSTACEANS, FISH, EGG, MILK and SESAME.

Preservation

Keep frozen below -18 degree celsius.

Preparation

• Cook from frozen
• Heat enough oil to submerge the squid balls.
• Deep fry for 1-2 minutes over 120 degree celsius with minimum product internal temperature of 75 degree celsius.
• Product must be fully cooked before consumption.
• Remove from pan and drain off excess oil.
• Serve with sauce.
