Ingredients

61% Pork ( EU ), water, 9% beef (EU), potato starch , salt , preservatives : E250 , cane sugar , stabilizer : E450. dextrose emulsifier : E472c , ( liquid ) hydrolized vegetable proteins ( rape corn hydrolysate ) , citric acids , E330  , Flavour enhancer : E621 , herbal extract , celery , colouring agents : ( E120 , beetroot juice concentrate ) , spices ( contains yellow mustard flour ) , natural ( herbal ) flavourings , milk powder , mustard seed , natural vinegar , tomato paste , white pepper , smoke flavouring.

Preservation
Keep frozen at -18 degree celsius. Do not refreeze once refrosted. Cook refrosted product immediately.

Preparation

• Peel of the casing and cut diagonal slits.
• Add 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan and fry on a low fire until slits open.
• Serve while hot.
